    Rashtriya Bal Diwas

    Exclusive audio

Innocent eyes, perplexing repetitive common questions, parrot speech, cartoon revelry, vicious and demonic behaviors, and their unconscious activities, children's magical eyes, and the normal dreams within them, perhaps nature has made us humans to be like this. I think so.

Every year on Bhadra 29th, Nepal celebrates Children's Day for these children and their safety and protection. Nepal has been celebrating National Children's Day on Bhadra 29th every year on the occasion of the day Nepal ratified the 1989 Convention on the Rights of the Child on September 14, 1990, and expressed its international commitment to child development, protection of child rights, and child participation.

The historic context of Rashtriya Bal Diwas in Nepal

National Children's Day has been celebrated in Nepal since Bhadra 4, 2021 BS. The then queen Ratna Rajyalakshmidevi Shah, during her visit to India, came to know that Children's Day was celebrated on Mahatma Gandhi's birthday and many social activities were held on that day.

Bhadra 4 was the birthday of Ratna Rajyalakshmidevi Shah. Thus, Nepal celebrated 42 Children's Day on Bhadra 4, and finally, Nepal was then trying to follow the path of the republic since 2063 BS, establishing Bhadra 29 as Children's Day. Welcome to Children's Day on Bhadra 29 of this year. Now the importance of parenting, growing, and living is different in contrast to previous years. This year's Rashtriya Bal Diwas also advocates for the transformed parenting and growing scenarios and the protection of a child's interest under that changed scenario. Whether or not our children are heading in the right direction, if not, we need to consider how we should change our behavior. Here neither Shravan Kumar came from the soil nor the terrorists fell from the sky, our children are the future of every good and bad persona, think well, speak well and look good, good luck to all.

    Pitri Gayatri Mantra:

It means salutations to the gods, pitras, great yogis, svaha and svadha all the time.

    Pitri, Baitarni and Salvation

With the commencement of the Sorha Saddha may all the godlike Pitri in the Pitri realm between heaven and earth obtain salvation, may all the Pitri cross the Baitarni River, and may the ancestral love be maintained.

May the blessings of the ancestors be maintained, May goodness and good wishes are maintained, and we are the remnants of the ancestors in today's form, aren't we?

Tarpan, Diyo Puja, Vishwedeva Brahman, and other pujas can be performed before the appointed time. There is a belief that if the Pinda is not donated at this time, the Pitris will not get it. Sanatana Philosophy largely acknowledges the importance of Pitri in the existence of life and the universe.

Today is Ashwin Krishna Saptami. The sixteen-day Mahalakshmi Vrat Katha, which began on the Shukla Paksha Ashtami, comes to a conclusion today. Thus, this year’s sacred cycle of sixteen days of Mahalakshmi Vrat concludes.

During these sixteen days, devotees worshipped Mahalakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity. According to the scriptures, she emerged from the ocean of milk (Kshirasagar) during the Samudra Manthan and was married to Lord Vishnu. Goddess Lakshmi, seated upon a lotus, is depicted with coins of precious metals constantly flowing from her palms. Looking closely at this divine image, one realizes that the Goddess of wealth is also a symbol of compassion, tenderness, and graceful presence. The entire world, which is ceaselessly chasing wealth, must learn from Lakshmi Mata’s simplicity and gentle nature.

It is believed that those who worship her with devotion during these sixteen days attain wealth and prosperity. However, the sustainability of wealth and abundance depends on selfless service to humanity and virtuous deeds, for Goddess Lakshmi is most pleased by human service and righteous actions.

In her worship, devotees use milk, sandalwood, and dairy products. She is offered prayers while chanting with a lotus-seed rosary (kamal-dana mala). During this period, it is also considered highly auspicious to wear a seven-faced Rudraksha.

Meaning: “O Goddess, I will perform this Mahavrat with devotion, dedicating myself fully to your service. May this vow be completed without obstacles through your grace. May the fruits of this vow bring goodness to all. May Goddess Lakshmi reside in every household of the hardworking and in a stressed economy, bringing prosperity and peace.”

The brightly shining Sun signifies the power of universal consciousness, Vedas declares the Surya to be the creator of this universe and more parallel universes. Darwin also brings the same logic in his theory of evolution, the unicellular creator evolves into a human being in this universe because of the favorable environment contributed by the Sun. Vedas states that wisdom, vision, self-determination, realization, power, light, and lives are the output of the sun and its rays. Ravi Saptami is a simple acknowledgment of Satan ritual towards the Sun, as Suryanarayanan.

Do you know, if the Sunday falls on the Saptami tithi, this day is considered as Ravi Saptami, today is Sunday and the tithi is the seventh day or Saptami. On the day of such a coincidence, worship of Lord Surya Narayan, fasting, etc. is performed. Worshiping the Sun God, the revered deity of the Navagrahas and the gods, by enlightening the whole world with the radiance of His nature. Worshiping the inspiring Sun God on this day to attain the position, prestige, prosperity, child happiness, and the desired outcome. The Sun God is considered to be the Sattvic form of Brahma in the dawn, the Sun God who gives Tamo guna at noon is considered to be the form of Devadi Dev Mahadev during the afternoon, and the Sun which exists in the majestic form in the evening art is considered to be the Vishnu form. Sun, in itself, is a mixture of several forms and features of god and godly power, a reference point of this creation and the lord of all planets.

Generally, fasting is done on Sunday to make the sun happy and bring good results. There is a scriptural statement that the fast of Sunday should start from the auspicious coincidence of Ravisaptami or the first Sunday of the Shukla Paksha. On the occasion of such auspicious coincidence, Surya Narayan should be worshiped by wearing red attires. If it is possible to fast for twelve months that’s perfect, but those who can't make twelve months can fast for twelve Sundays. On the day of fasting, one can fast by worshiping Surya Narayan and requesting Argha. Argha means offering water to the Lord Surya with folded hands.

By doing such fasting etc., the knowledge and intellect will be as bright as the sun and according to astrology, if there is a solar defect and planetary pain in the birth horoscope of the person born, the worship done on such an auspicious day will reduce the planetary pain and get auspicious blessings of Suryanarayana.

    Chant:

Surya is depicted with chakra, which is called Dharma Chakra and depicted as an epithet for major Sanatan gods, Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshwar.

In the process of worshiping and adoring Bhagavan Surya with twelve characteristics, Dhata, Aryama, Mitra, Varuna, Indra, Vivasvanta, Pukha, Parjanya, Anshavan, Bhaga, Tvashta, Vishnu, etc. 12 forms are worshiped.

    Mantra of Surya Argha

Meaning, Lord Surya shall take care of wisdom, position, success, health, popularity, and all my desires.

Gorakhkali Puja

    Exclusive audio

    Gorakh message

Guru Gorakhnath says - "The journey of the temples and shrines is Suno Yatra" meaning the pilgrimage of the temples etc. are spiritually meaningless, equal to zero, soulless – unless we are able to spread love to every being in this cosmos.

Did you know about "Gorakhkali Puja" before reading this article?

Yes, the role of temples is very important in terms of religion and culture, but if there is a pilgrimage but there is no faith, there is no emotion and there is no devotion, then what is the use of just doing a "deval pilgrimage"? Do not worship people who worship idols! Run to temple but can't make the house a temple! Worshiping the deity of the temple but unable to awaken divinity in himself! Offering fruit, offerings, etc. to the deity made of stone in a small area and complex, but not accepting that the divinity resides in every human, animal and bird! And unable to serve! Seeing such religious pretentiousness, Guru Gorakhnath made a sharp satire in Khadi language (Prakrit language, folk language, rural language). Glory be to Baba Gorakhnath and Gorakhkali Bhagwati forever.

    Infinite love of Gorakhkali Puja.
